Does anyone know how to port mods?

You would need to import the meshes into a 3D package like 3ds Max or Blender, then re-export them for Fallout 4.  Then you would need to re-create the .esp if it has one.

 

Edit:  I have tried this recently, but there are some skinning issues that I didn't have time to explore.  Be prepared for the CK to crash.  A lot.
