How to properly use skyproc patchers?

How to properly use skyproc patchers with mods that edit in-game NPCs not custom NPCs? For example, using Bjin warmaidens or wives mods gives the dark face error, which is really famous as far as I know. Even after you follow the solutions thats given over the internet the problem re-appears after a while. There is also the solution to change the mod order of the files, but the question is how to properly do this. I tried to run skyproc patchers like perkus maximus and then after patching activate the Bjinn mods but the problem did not get solved.


PS: I use mod organizer by the way.
