need help whit the save

hey all i have some problem i play the game and i am lvl 26 after alot of play time and mission.

 

and i see now that my wayfarer not leveling so i remove alternet start li another life and start a new game and its fix but in my old save its not good.

 

i am relly dont want to start a new game any way to do somyhing so it can be fix or that i can go on whit my old 26 chr?
