CTD with no apparent cause

Hi, I'm experiencing random ctds mostly while I run around Skyrim. I have no idea as to what can be causing these as nothing really happens before each one.
 
These CTDs aren't also just once in a while, I can't play the game for more than 5-10 mins without experiencing one.
 
My most recent experience with this was me just running towards Embershard mines and the game just closed. Anyway, modding stuff:

Try putting skyUI on highest load position possible. Sometimes this solve my CTD problems.

Your load order is mess. Are you sure you ran LOOT? ) I'm not sarcastic when asking this, because if you did LOOT will solve your mess in master (esm) files first and then your esp files.

I've been ferreting out a ctd as well, I've removed all LL mods, all general gameplay mods -- it seems to be coming from a base (s.t.e.p) mod. Testing with a new game at CoC RiverwoodRiverWoodTrader. Literally ctd on load -- random, but consistently. Now working backwards, from pure vanilla (no ctd), adding mods back into build.  Freshly cleaned Skyrim directory. New ini files. Using MO, LOOT, Bash Patch with only ENB boost.

Also this is not an insult - but are you sure you pressed apply? after sorting the mods with LOOT (an easy to miss step). The first 5 on your load order are correct - then they're a mess.

 

I run MO, not NMM - but I can't imagine the load order varies, and i've gotten a very different answer from LOOT than you appear to have (for those mods we're both running). Another thought, maybe your LOOT is not setup correctly, and is not altering your load order.

Okay, about the LOOT questions; I didn't realize that I haven't updated my version of it in a very long time and just updated it. After updating and resorting, my load order got changed around quite a bit, but I haven't tested stability yet. I also tried to put SKYUI as high as possible just to see if that helps too as suggested. About to test right now, will be back. Appreciate the responses!

 

Edit: Tested and still experiencing CTDs with updated load order.

You have enabled SOS race menu and have installed SOS mod. You can't have them both. Pick either one. I would suggest you to reinstall both mods. First SOS and then install your Skeleton mod. This time do not install SOS when installing Skeleton mod. Once you install all and run FNIS and LOOT, disable XPMS.esp file in your load order.
