I now have to use player.kill method to save my game, anything that can fix that?

Somewhat far into my save, and I use save game cleaner to make sure no orphan scripts are around, it was working fine but I changed my race using race menu alternative. It has since been disabled and that save have been cleaned, here is my mod list.
