Active scripts question

I have ~100 active scripts at certain areas in my save, but they're just listed as a string of letters/numbers with nothing after (ex: 006C6E27, 006C6E93, etc). Can anyone tell me what they are? They all start with 006CXXXX, and they only show up in my save in certain areas, mainly outdoors.
