Slot 52 and visible pelvic item

Hello,

How can I make a pelvic item (slot 52) appear while you are wearing body armor (slot 32). I am trying to make an equipable schlong that is visible even when you are wearing body armor. I really not sure what I am doing, I made sure that the item in question takes only Slot 32 in the nif file and in the esp file but it still gets hidden when wearing a body item.

 

Also I am trying to fix "Luxury Collection for UUNP HDT", as it seems some items that are two sets can not work in unison. I mean you are unable to put the top and the panties on at the same time.
