Tona's store,Slof's shops (male stuff but you can still wear the bottoms that don't show anything just fine),there's a BAB shop (the clothes are compatible),NeoVinci's store (most are 1 piece though) and some combo of mods has resulted in Divine Elegance selling a load of stuff but I'm not sure what exactly.

Such a great opportunity for a decent WALL POST:

The first thing that comes to mind is naturally the mod from this thread: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=913

I unfortunately have never tried it out in-game, I've just downloaded the files and used them as resources ever since, so I can't say anything about the mod itself. It has in any case many essential outfits and equipment everybody loves.

Then there is Tona's Mods Store, adding some wonderful content. Great store, a nice player home connected to it, a photo studio in the store's basement which has three different ambiences/backgrounds and an uber-powerful half-assedly hidden weapon ('Silver Sword +')...

Another interesting and original feature is a fitting room where you can try on the clothes and armors before actually buying them.

Upgrade the mod with this: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=34230

DesuChan's store 'Abbotsford', located in Valenwood, has a few very nice outfits, sold by even nicer merchant girls. The shop minimally clashes with 'Valenwood Improved' and you need border regions disabled. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=38132

Then we have some shop mods by EvenstarGW, each one dedicated to offering the complete works of one high-profile modder. Typically for EvenstarGW's work, he doesn't stop at simply featuring these modders' basic outfits, but also loves adding tons of recoloured variations of his own for more options for yourself and your companions.

'Neovinci Store': An Ayleid ruin with a rather uncommon custom interior look, it features the mods by SG/Neovinci. It has a kind of appartement in the basement that can also be used as a player home, though the three merchants are using it to sleep there as well. The main shop room has a huge swimming pool and even dancefloors! One particular aspect of the outfits in this mod - they are edited to work without the 'Real High Heels' system! The mod slightly clashes with 'Unique Landscapes - Bravil Barrowfields', but this is easily bypassed with console commands. Border regions have to be disabled for this one as well. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41023

The 'Fly Barrel Shop' is an original store mod placing a big red barrel into the game world. It houses a shop selling a myriad of Yuravica's outfits, many of them with additional texture variants, offering a combination of all the FLY robe remodels with lots of different vanilla textures. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41634

Even more original is the 'Bottle Ship Shop' featuring the work of the modder known under many aliases - NPR, Kurese, R18PN, Derida...

It's a big bottle ship close to the Anvil Docks. Inside is a complete ship interior with a bunch of female merchants selling all those legendary outfits everybody knows, many of them again with colour variations. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41712

Stylish and creepy is the 'Unholy Chapel'. Situated in the outskirts of Leyawiin, a gloomy building beckons you to enter and buy outfits made by Alecu/Cold Blood. Also a good background for screenshots if you have more sinister characters, as the interior is grim and spooky... http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41755

'Butterfly Garden': One of the most beautiful shops ever seen, this one will enchant you with its pretty interior as well as with outfits and accessories made by Mondstein. She even exclusively made some new ones for this mod! Another screenshooting paradise. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=41835

As Phelps mentioned, there is 'Slof's Goth Shop' which caters more to male characters, but some of the equipment can still be of use to girls. Unique feature of this mod is a caged slave, you can dress him in the shop's outfits before buying as a kind of preview. Dremora merchant!

Download it from Slof's Hive: http://www.slofslair.co.uk/content/mods/slofs_goth_shop_1_v5.7z

Anyone interested in male gear should also try out this mod here: http://www.slofslair.co.uk/content/mods/slofs_even_more_male_things.7z

Another staple for male gear is the counterpart to the 'Goddess Store', the 'Heroes Store' (it's 'Apachii' by the way). High up in the Jerall mountains north of Bruma, a friendly snowman in front of the shop greets the traveller in search of clothes, armor and weapons. Filled with a lot of vendors for such a small place, the store offers mostly sexy male gear with an emphasis on accessory-laden skimpyness. Piercings, chains and straps all over. Outfits baring manly chests and buttcheeks. Buff barbarian armors, wicked warlock robes, suits for randy rogues... There's also one merchant girl who sells a few items for female characters. Some of the weapons in there are very good, worth checking out. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=22962

Like Phelps said, there are mods that add equipment to vanilla stores. One of my favourites of them, despite the non-HGEC body model its outfits are sporting, is the collection by German modding legend Growlf. Distributing clothes to 'Divine Elegance' and armors to 'The Best Defense', 'Growlf's Hot Clothes And Armors' has a lot of items to offer. Many very skimpy yet highly original and funny outfits ('Touching Hands', anyone?) and accessories are available. It's rumoured there are HGEC-converted versions of these items out there, but I haven't found any of them yet. But if you look in this thread, you will find three of Growlf's outfits converted to a different body, and Voorstryden recently converted another one as far as I know. Here is a link to version 5.0: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17209

And finally the 'Chapel Shop': Another store mod beyond Cyrodiil's borders (and thus again you need border regions disabled), this time in Black Marsh. A ruined, once great chapel now has fallen into a state of disrepair, 'reclaimed by nature' as the vendor dryad girl inside so fittingly states. A nice interior for screenshots again, the shop offers many shiny weapons (lots of them with off-hand variants) and some stylish outfits. http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=29559

Phew...

Some time ago, there used to be a 'Thanks' button at the bottom of every post... But then, it took an arrow in the knee for technical reasons. Currently, only the first post of any thread and thus the thread starter can be thanked.

But remember, this (luckily) ain't the Nesux.

In reality, such reputation systems are pretty much meaningless and serve mostly to unnecessarily boost people's egos, turning some of them to self-centered jerks. Dreamer102 had a signature dealing with this exact subject, too bad it's gone thanks to the imgur hotlinking block.

In my particular case, you could support me by checking out my comic strips in this thread here if you're not already doing it anyway. Maybe even leaving a comment? Shameless plug, I know. It's funny many people still haven't noticed the thread even though it's up for half a year now with weekly updates. Probably because of the less frequently visited section it's in (and rarely being bumped because of few comments).

Whatever. Don't wanna come across as a self-centered jerk. Have fun checking out all these wonderful items at your disposal with these mods! This to me is still one of the most fun things to do in a modded Oblivion. 'Dolly dress-up' for the WIN!!

Kodiak reads PTs post

PTs wall of text crits Kodiak for over 9000

Kodiak dies

All kidding aside, great advice and better links. If it hasnt menetioned before, remember that Apachii has the Heroes Store as well, which is the male version of her normal waterfront store. Still has some good female gear in it though.

For smaller collections, you can also take a look at Bisquits Growlfs Store, which adds maybe a dozen outfits from the old Growlf collections and refits them to HGEC.

Triratna's right, there are loads of great items in this mod! Probably the best thing about it: With CA being a standalone mod, those items are separate equipment - previously installed larger cup-sized versions from other mods won't be overwritten. More variety.

I just remembered another store full of great gear: 'Romuska Fantasy Store' - adds a store to the Jerall mountains (near Dragonclaw Rock) which also has a few quests to offer. Lots of nice weapons in there. Many items are taken from the 'Hidden Sky Garden' mod. In fact, this store can be considered a kind of remake of HSG. Link: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/22254
