Kids mouths wont move/lack of facial expressions

So recently Ive been having an issue with Skyrim (I reinstalled it to try to fix another issue) and now the kids faces lack expression and their mouths don't move when they talk. It's like they have just their default expressions permanently stuck.

This is my most common/basic mod list (it doesnt seems like all that much to me, some stuff has multiple esps):

Found this on the Xvision Children Nexus

"::FAQ::
Q. Why do the children's mouths not move?
A. You have a conflicting mod. ANYTHING that edits the child races will conflict. You may have a mod that you don't realize is doing this. This is why TES5Edit is a wonderful tool."

 

Now I don't know much about using TES5Edit to check for conflicts, but I'm guessing that the conflicting mod is Stranger Danger which allows killing of kids, guess there's no reason to have it on as I don't play as kid killers pretty much ever
