BenChang Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Hi, when animating my skinned mesh + skeleton, all keyframes keep jumping back to the same position. I am following this tutorial: Here are some images to illustrate the problem: 1. Setting the initial keyframe: http://s1124.photobucket.com/user/Vernancular/media/1_3.png.html 2. Setting the second keyframe: http://s1124.photobucket.com/user/Vernancular/media/2_3.png.html 3. Scrubbing through the timeline, the result is that the modified keyframes 'jump' back to the Initial keyframe: http://s1124.photobucket.com/user/Vernancular/media/3_1.png.html Why is this happening? I am able to animate a boneless box mesh just fine. Perhaps there is some setting that is causing the bones to keep reverting?
pipdude Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 I am by no means an expert on this subject. Very green actually. But, it looks like you might be making an edit that isn't turned into a keyframe. So, the change wouldn't be recorded. The areas between your keyframes are tweened.
