can someone make mod(or at least mesh)for FO4 using this nif,fbx and texture?

im okay just nif (with textured)files. what i need is converting this mesh so using fallout 4.

 

my request is female and male body version. can someone using bodyslide or other tools?(3dsmax, maya, etc)

They're posed incorrectly to be outfits. If you could find a version of them in T-pose, or any of the older BethSoft games, It would be a whole lot more possible.

ok, so if this model t posing you can make the stuff? and it might be stupid question, there is not need 100% perfect t pose(same pose as fallout 4 body), right?
