Player does not join the animation

NPC animation starts, player lags as much as 15 seconds and sometimes doesn't even join the animation.

 

i've checked the v number of the mods and updated them to the proper point. everything was working well until i upgraded to the most recent version of everything. i included the sexlab debug log and the papyrus log. not sure which one you needed so you got both. not sure what i am missing or if i have them out of order. i used loot, for load order, but i have read a few posts about loot not being a perfect science.
