Good UI replacer?

Hello! Does anyone know of a good User Interface replacer? Skkyrim had a great one, and the pipboy could use a facelift. Little things like having damage and DPS fade back and forth between each other rather than separate spaces for each, or having a burdensome list of accumulated ammo but having to switch back to your weapons to see what gun uses what ammo you're carrying, etc.

 

Anything that would help clean up and streamline the UI would be helpful. Thanks!

Thanks Ana, but the links were a little confusing. It looks like a collection for various other mods?

 

The ragdoll one looked interesting. And, are these for both FO3 and NV?
