How to add a Death Sound to a Custom Player Race?

I know how to do this on Skyrim, but it seems there is no "Death" Topic in the quests in the dialog panel of ConstructionSet... is there another way to do this?

 

I want to give a specific death voice sound to my custom Female Playable race, any help is appreciated.
