New to Oblivion Modding: Help Requested

Can someone point me in the direction of a good mod build to overhaul Oblivion? Also, a guide would be helpful, too.

If you want general suggestions and tools, there are quite a few similar threads already open which contain many suggestions. Might as well look at those.

Basically, I'd like a one stop shopping guide... kinda like what SkyrimTuner has done on his Realvision ENB page. A list of graphical mods that improve the overall "prettiness" of Oblivion. Suggestions on a body/clothes replacer would be nice, too. I'm a big fan of CBBE in Skyrim, so something similarly popular would be great
