Does Havok 2010.2.0 for 3DsMax 2010 create proper HDT xml files?

Can someone confirm if Havok 2010.2.0 content tools for 3DsMax 2010 create proper HDT xml files?

 

During my experimentation and creation of a working HDT Schlong, I used Havok content tools version 2013.1.0 for 3dsmax 2010.  Unfortunately basic animations exported with 2013.1.0 don't work.

 

I'm now reverting back to 2010.2.0, but was hoping if someone can confirm that I can still create proper HDT xml files using Havok content tools 2010.2.0 with 3dsmax 2010?
