[request] Invisibility/optical camouflage

I really wish that there was mod for Fallout New Vegas that allowed me to turn on and off invisibility by pressing hotkey which then would consume AP.

If such mod doesn't exist in any form, could someone point me to right direction to create such a mod myself?

 

I have GECK but my experience is limited to editing some values. I have no idea how to do scripts.

 

I know Stealth Boys exists, but as you know, they don't work the way I want. There are also Stealth Armors and such, but they enable invisibility when you are crouching. I'm looking for something more like seen in Ghost in the Shell, E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy or NEOTOKYO, so ability to run while invisible is important.

Here you go. One of the perks in this mod gives you a rechargeable stealth boy that consumes AP.
