Questions about mod conflics

So i want to add the mod of milk economy and the SD+ to my game, so far im been reading the most of the info  on the topics of the mods and i have some questions

 

Can i have both of them instaled without of causing conflicts between them? or i can only have 1?

or do i have to configure some of the requierement to avoid ctd?

I don't see a reason why they should conflict a ctd wont happen even if mods conflict in most cases, but while you are enslaved by sd+ you may get devious devices armbinder etc. so you may can't milk yourself while enslaved just try it out use a mod manager to install deinstall mods makes things easier
