Created NPC's dialogue box won't come up.

I am having an issue when creating NPC's in ck. I create them and have check all the necessary things off. Potential and current follower etc. etc. yet when i see the NPC in the game the dialogue box doesn't come up. aLL THEY SAY IS "HUH". I don't know why its doing that. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you made a quest? Has the quest been started by SM or was it active from beginning? Post your dialogue conditions pls..

Check the voice type, When I chose Nord I found it would not work but as soon as I changed it to another type the dialogue was working! Ones like young and eager, sultry, even toned, work.
