Is it possible to create a mod that utilizes both rape and consensual sex recognition in an NPC house?

In which a day after the "Sex Event" the NPC welcomes you in there home either because of fear or fondness? And after being welcomed you can sleep the night or whatever, without being asked to leave because of trespassing?
