What mods are being used in this screenshot?

I know TBD is one of the mods being used, but beyond that I am clueless. Anyone know what other mods are being used in the screenshot? I found this on the Skyrim nexus on the Touched by Dibella enhanced page screenshots, but I never could find out what else was being used.

Her armor has a short name that I'm not recalling, Like Nia or something like that, I know that it has been converted to various bodytypes, like b3lsario's (SoS author) has a list of UNPB mesh conversions (here on LL) with links to original as well. I know it's there if not elsewhere.

 

She might be the Ningheim race, probably used ECE for character creation. Haven't messed with TBD body type so not sure how many options the installer gives you. I'd  guess Fair Skin for the texture and wet look for the normal map.

 

Screenshot Assist or an ENB for the DOF look. Maybe ELE for the lighting
