How to add HDT to Lykaios Tail

Hi there folks. I've looked around for a mod that adds physics to the tails of the Lykaios race, but as yet I can't find any.

 

How does one go about adding HDT to something like this? Or is there anyone out there with some experience that can add physics to the tail?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I have tried these already, and none of them suit my fancy like the default tail that comes with the race.
