[Help] From BodySlide to In-game

I'm unable to get that mesh I made to look like it does in the BodySlide preview in game :(. I checked the file location and I even looked at it with NifSkope. It appears correct in NifSkope but still no luck on the mesh being the same shape in game as it is in Nif or BodySlide.
 

 

 

The Mesh in Nif and in the Preview are identical...

...but when I go in game and set the weight to 1 aka the Max to match the femalebody_1.nif. The body doesn't yield the size of the breasts and what not, that i make in bodyslide. (This is just an example made to state what I mean) :)

Thanks in advance for any help. Also if there is another question like this that has been answered on the forums here, would you kindly send me a link to it please.
