REQ patch for asharas armor

Hello, i installed skyrim from scratch on new computer , and decided to use CBBE this time, rather than UNP (mostly, to be able to use bodyslide without any problem). My question is: can someone convert the POTW patch from here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24310/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D24310&pUp=1to a CBBE body? Basically, that patch removes panties from ashara's prince of woods armor for females....Thanks!
