I want to make character models into a playermodel or armor is there a full tutorial

Can anyone help me?

I followed the tutorial up until the end were you have to create an esp file. I just get an exclamation mark that says Marker_error:0

I also had problems when adding textures in NifSkope.

Can anyone tell me why the model that I created looks like this?

when I add textures it is added in to the character. what I mean is the front textures like the face is in the model.

I know that the arms are messed up I will get to it until I figure this out.

I meant the eyes look at the third picture.

when I added the eye texture it went there.
