Creating a full body is an immense amount of work. For a real high-quality body (including Textures, rigging, weight-painting and all) from scratch, we are likely talking about one or two weeks full-time work (depending on your skill), and then another large effort to get it into Skyrim.

IF you really *really* want to do it (and have the required skills, or are willing to acquire these skills) you may use Blender or one of the programs by autodesk (e.g. Maya, 3DSMax, maybe Mudbox can do it too, I'm not sure).

HOWEVER. (And note that this is a BIG however)

You don't actually need to do that. You can go ahead and download CBBE from the nexus (see: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/?), install that, and then use Bodyslide 2 (see: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49015/? ) to actually shape the CBBE body to your liking by using a vast array of sliders. Bodyslide 2 is really easy to use and there are a lot of existing presets for it as well (just search this forum to find some). Add in some suitable armor replacer (for example, my favorite one is: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25259/? ) and you should be fine. If you want BBP or HDT-PE effects, that requires some additional setup, but there's lots of help on this topic in this forum.

Hope this helps.
