Hello,

Im have little problem knowing how to do something.

Im using Mature skin textures ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32986/?) and I rly do like it. But I would like to have better face shape like in this picture http://static-3.nexusmods.com/15/mods/110/images/32986-3-1408472653.jpg?

Nord face is quite bulky and would love to see it somehow smoother or more alive like. I have checked some facemods but they use same texture files as mature skin textures so I dont know how I can combine them. So how can I make this happen?

And If you know face shape that would aim to realistic beuty please share.

Im using Mod Organizer is it matters.

edit: I dont have specific reason to use it, im just cant remember do I have some mods that specific needs that one chancing it at this point could be fatal =)

My mod list is build over SR:LE but have added some of my own to chance it for my linking.

Lets say that I would like to try to use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35267/?with Mature textures. Is this even possible?

Face shape potential  is dependent on the head mesh and tri morphs being applied to it. Some head meshes like Ran's already start out with a  base shape that's different to vanilla, so fuller cheeks or mouth etc,  and then when you factor in racial morphs you end up with a different result than you might otherwise.

Race Menu is great but currently doesn't have a way to finesse beyond swapping out features and applying sliders. ECE has a vertex editor that allows you smooth out the sharp edges, like around the chin, jawline or cheekbones.

The rule of thumb with head and body textures is that you avoid mixing from different sources because there's often a tonal difference between them or the normal maps don't  match up, or the gloss maps are designed to be used with specific normal maps, so you end up with seams at the neck, wrists and ankles. Having said that there are some combinations that people swear by.

Really it's a trial and error thing. Some folks will mix SG and Mature without problems, others will get glaringly obvious seams. There are just far too many variables involved, like lighting, how your ini files are configured, what your resolution is - all can have an impact on how it goes.

There are some texture sets out there that are already a mix of others, usually with SG as the base. Eihei is a lighter toned and smoother looking SG with some nice little additions like face moles. Halo offers a texture set with the UNPCM body that attempts to combine some features of SG and Mature, though you'd need to install SG as a base and I don't know how it will work with any other body mod.

And one of the best mixes I've seen in recent times is Seren4xx SRG, which is like the very best of SG and Real Girls. I think of RG as a relative of Mature, both are trying to do similar things, SRG winds up with a slightly more youthful look than RG though.

w33beast1e has been pretty exhaustive, nothing else to add. I'm just gonna go back to the screenshot you were referring to... Don't quote me on that but to me, it's not ECE's head mesh (this is why I asked you if you use it), be aware though that by using racemenu you won't get pretty out of the box presets like ECE's, you're gonna spend quite some time to achieve this result. Patience is the key, as well as good knowledge of most sliders. Usually, when you have 2 sliders sharing the same name, the first one is vanilla's and the second ECE's.
