Weapon draw bug

Sometime you character didn't draws his sword if you enter combat mode. (He grabs to the hilt of the sword but stops entering the "i hold a sword" animation without holding the sword.) After that happens you can't do anything any more. You can't interact with objects, attack or leave the combat mode any more) The only way to continue is to reload a save file (quickload). You can increase the chance that this happens if you quickly change from spell hold to sword hold v.v. in mid of combat.

 

Has someone found a hint how to get rid of this pesty bug ?

 

( I run a moderately modded skyrim)
