hi im use truevison enb version 119 and i whant to remove this black lines

how cant remove the black lines ?

I think that's called letterbox. A search of it should help.

Open enbeffect.fx file with notepad, or notepad ++ or another plain text editor. Search for this:

#define HD6_VIGNETTE			1

Change it to:

#define HD6_VIGNETTE			0

Save the file, and you are done.

 

Another way could be commenting the line, like this:

//#define HD6_VIGNETTE			1

Both solution should work fine.
