ad with trojan?

not sure if this actually goes here or in another section but i thought i'd let staff know that the juicy ad which uses the attached gif supposedly has a trojan at their website.(or at least according to eset clicking it resulted in a trojan being quarentined)

edit: specific trojan eset lists is html/refresh.BC trojan.
