Question: How to import custom made NPC face?

I am trying to make a some simple mode of followers. What I want to do is import the faces of my previously created NPC's and/or some custom made NPC like Angel Lydia or Megan Fox follower. I tried SPF but it always exports my PC face. Is there an easy way to import these custom made faces. Only thing I can think of opening two CK and copying all slider sets and body types like eyes, mouth and other stuff one by one with hand. I tried also Ctrl+F4 and nifscope editing but it did not work as I expected.

 

Note: For the custom made NPC done by others, no offence is intendent for their hard work. Sorry for any misunderstanding, I just want to learn any possible way.
