Armor mods and new races incompatible?

I downloaded a dwemer race and a dremora race today, and both seem to have trouble with standalone armor. I equip it, and the PC appears naked. Has every armor to be "verified" to be shown on every race? That would be a major setback for the development of any new race. Or have the races to be "veryfied" to show certain armors? That would be as bad, if you think of it.

Has every armor mod to be modified according to the alternative races you use?

If it doesn't use a different body from the default one, you can enter the CK and set the copied armature to Default Race.

You may also want to check to see if the armor supports the body style you currently have.
