Seam Mender Help

Hi, i've been trying to get this program to work, what it does is where there is a seam it deletes any double vertices and fixes normals plus other things. My problem is I dont really now how to use it, it comes with three files, and I simply want to mend the body and neck. Does anyone know how to do this? BTW im using sevenbase TBBP.
