Height Reverting

So, anytime I make a new character or load an old one, the character is freakishly huge, regardless of race. I've tried, with setscale, a mod, and racemenu to change this, but the problem is that setscale 1 puts it at freakishly tall and .8 is about normal, so the console doesn't help much. the game seems to have reset normal to massive. This would be manageable, but it keeps jumping back to that huge "1" value, most notably in sexlab animations.

 

Any thoughts? It crosses characters, which concerns me. Only recent major install was Top Mode, but that worked fine at least one.
