Custom Sound Folder For Sexlab

I've started making my own custom folder, made up from various sound collections gathered around the forums, and would just like some clarifications. I'm pretty sure I have the folder structure working fine, but I'm unsure of the actual sound files themselves.

 

Does it matter what the files are named?

Is there a limit to how many can be put in a folder?

 

Also, how exactly do the Mild/Medium/Hot tags work? As far as I know, it plays mainly Mild sounds, and as the act goes on, it mixes in Medium and Hot files. I'm sure I also read somewhere that rape/aggressive acts trigger Hot sounds more quickly? Is any of this right?
