Getting The Right Meshes On Custom/stand-Alone Followers?

So, I've got a few custom followers and after a bit, I got what I THOUGHT was the right mesh on them, but it doesn't seem like that's it

 

I went to:

 

Skyrim\Data\Meshes\actors\character\character assets

 

and took the female body there, but that body seems slightly different from the ones I currently use. Specifically, there's no gloss and while there is a TBBP effect, the followers won't equip the HDT Havok object and the breast physics seem a bit different

 

Any suggestions as to what I should do? Or is this just the wrong mesh entirely?
