Lip Sync Issue

[Spyder Arachnid]

An extremely minor tick, but still bugs me nonetheless.

 

Lip Sync is off. By about 1-2 seconds some times. Had this issue before, but don't remember what in the world I did to fix it. It's like one of the words they are pronouncing gets drawn out, and then it causes a delay in their lip sync. Usually the first word.

Used to always have great sync on the audio and animation, but for some reason it has a delay now. This is a completely fresh install by the way, and a new game (last save got corrupted and I lost everything). It's not a major issue, just a small thing that bugs me is all.

 

Thanks for any input.

 

PS: Anyone can give me any hint as to where to put TKChildren.esm and TKChildren Merged USKP Patch.esp? I'd be greatly appreciative. It's not recognized by BOSS and the Nexus page gives no load order info so I really have no idea where it would go.

I too have a similar problem, when I dismiss a follower the whole game slows down I hear them say bye then i see them move their lips and walk away a few secs later.

I am not sure if the lips were ever intended to sync up properly/perfectly.

Its a known bug that was introduced in patch 1.9. not user error...this time

I just feel like commenting on how shocking this is by Bethesda, they've known about this bug for over a year and no fix has ever been released.

If this bug had been caused by a user mod, a fix would have created.

 

I feel it's a shame that Bethesda does not see the need to do this for the pc community.

Perhaps their annoyed that the pc community developed their game to a far far better standard than they could have achieved?

From what i have heard they just stopped giving out fixes because the console versions (ps3 in high regards) causes them a lot of problems so they left it after the last update.
