How to use nifskope to modify the skeleton so it can have longer/shorter legs

I tried to use nifskope to change the scaling on breast so I can get bigger/smaller breast for all npc and it worked fine...

 

but with legs, I run into a problem: NPC floating mid-air when their legs are shorter and their feet went into the ground when their leg is longer..

 

anyone know how to fix this problem?

I think you forget to change your vector location after you make the legs shorter or longer.

  The character is given a reference on a plain of X,Y,and Z.   The Z reference is the one you will want to experiment with.
