Glitcheness Overwhelming

Hello everyone, long-time lurker here, first time posting, looking for help.

I have encountered a strange, game-breaking glitch in my current Skyrim config.

When I load up existing save game, my character facial features added with ECE are gone, turning to whaterver default look is. Any mod-added

content, such as spells, items in inventory, custom followers etc. are gone. Looking up their ID's yields no results

Then, a few seconds later, screen starts to rapidly blink to black. Game won't crash however.

I use Mod Organizer and have slightly less than 527 mods enabled.

521 esm/esp files, and of course, less than 255 are enabled. In fact, even if I leave only Skyrim.esm + DLC active, the game still glitches the same way. Starting a new game does not help. During tutorial, NPCs are stuck in place, carriages just run unmanned. Actually, even if I have Alternate Start

mod enabled, new game still starts as usual i.e. tutorial. Magic and Items windows are slow to load, Map and Skill loads as usual.

If I load a save game, saved in Alternate Start cell, character ends up in Riverwood inn for some reason instead. In some savegames, there is spam

messages about "Immersive Armor Configuation Has Finished" and "EFFect Ended". There is no mods in Mod Configuration menu of MCM. Launching Skyrim manually via root folder's TESV.exe (or skse) files causes game to crash instantly after Bethesda logo.

So, I wonder if somebody enocountered this type of glitch and if there is way to fix it. Is it some mod or Mod Organizer thing? Or maybe I just

neglected some important Readme note somewhere.

Actually, I have already encountred this thing some time before. Deleting some mods in Mod Organizer to some fixed number of mods apparently

helped. But I wonder what could be actual cause of this and how to fix it.

Can provide modlist if required.

Apologizing for my English.
