Problem with Climates of Tamriel

This is just a little problem I've been having whenever I use CoT.

I've asked in the CoT page but I've not gotten a reply.

Basically whenever I shoot the sun with a Bloodcursed arrow while using CoT initially the animation will play, the sun turns into a black hole, darkness, etc, etc.
When I go into another cell, say, I'm in Whiterun and walk into the Bannered Mare, then walk back out the sun is back.

The NPCs still act like it's gone, and I don't take sun damage[i'm using Vampiric Thirst by MissLeeches] but the sun is out and I can't shoot it down again.

I'm assuming it's got something to do with the weather scripts somehow.

It happens when I use EDWS, another weather mod that simply changes how vanilla weathers work by making certain ones longer and some others shorter.

When I don't have either of those mods the Eclipse works just fine, though.

I don't have CoT installed right now because, well, it was bugging me.. ^^;

 

I have SKSE 1.7.0 and FNIS 4.1.1
