Various new and hideous Monster girl undeads and nasty necromancers and their demons especiallly in necromancer hangouts but dungeons as well.

Nasty insectoid and MG infects with insect feactures and other hellish beast in the oblivion realms

BDSM girls in some dungeouns with whips and MG gimps etc

Amazon girls with greek armours and Greek mythical beasts like Gorgon, werewolf, snake girls, satyrs(male),

greek warriors (male)

Female prisoners being abused in some places.

Aquatic horrors half frog/half human various types

new undead spirits - banshee

Minic monsters that look like chest until u get close to them

Bosses like raezael from dark reaver, Freddy kruger, Death knights(grim reapers)

New alchemy potions and new very nice equipment (mostly from apachii goddess store) -all the cool  armours are for for the monster girls - might be good for your female companions tho

Spider Daedra and offspring (small spiders )

new alchemy stuff

new weapons and bows many from SI  monsters may sometimes poison there arrows as well.

Makes game much tougher and dangerous

Trying to make my own but it seems I prefer pure scripting and rather write UI mods instead.
