[Bug] Moving very slowly, have no stamina

[Jappercut]

This issue just suddenly appeared whilst engaged in combat, i get hit by an arrow or two, boom all stamina is zapped, and i can only move very slowly, for some reason i can sprint but just very slowly?

 

I tried to uninstall all combat related mods and Sexlab Submit, problem is still there, can anyone relate? i don't expect anyone to have a fix, as my mod list is pretty huge, but  i will welcome any kind of help.
