Mitigating Clipping on Shoulders?

Someone on the "what mod is this?" thread was kind enough to help me find this armor, which is a conversion for 7B

The thread its posted in mentions that the front flap might clip. While this does occasionally, it's actually the shoulders that give me the most problems, as they are usually clipping through the armor.

 

Mods I'm using, (with later mods overwriting earlier ones):

 

-Realistic Ragdolls and Force

-UNPB Redux

-SG Female Textures Renewal

-7Base

-XP 32 Maximum Skeleton

 

Note: I'm using the animations from UNPB, not 7Base, 

 

Could the fact that I'm not using the 7Base animations be the problem, or do any of you see something else standing out as a problem in my configuration?
