defeat mod not working

I just downloaded the defeat mod a few days ago, so it's the newest version.  When its used, there is no animation.  There is only sounds and the characters standing there, doing nothing.  Did I do something wrong with the settings?  Can this be fixed?  With the way my character is, this mod is perfect for the "personality" of my character.

I have not run generate FNIS... what is generate FNIS?

I just looked up FNIS, and I installed it.  Ran it, and it works perfectly.  Thanks.
