Help With Making 2 Mods Compatible

Hey, just a couple questions here. I have 2 mods, Cannabis Skyrim and Tame Beasts. The Problem is that they both modify the same Whiterun cell. I Thought loading them both into the CK and moving the exterior buildings around would fix the issue if loaded last but all it did was duplicate them. How do i make a patch to make both of these compatible??
