npc accept sex option need better tuning

set option - npc always accept sex to lowest, 3 blank.

 

still observed npc accept sex with another npc who attractiveness is below basic attraction.

i just switch to play that npc to chk the other npc attractiveness.

 

doesn't make sense why this happen, apart from rng or simple mod logic?

 

suggest change the option of npc will accept sex depend on the other sim attraction level to the former sim.
