Looking for a modder to make changes in a small new location mod

Hi

I'm looking for a modder or someone expert in scripting skyrim to make changes in a new lands mod called Tavas Blessing

Unfortunately I can use a few sexlab mods(NSFW) purposes because the whole map altough it's small in size, has interiors and all NPCs marked as Temporary cells.

Can someone make it Permanent? Below is an esp I use which I had someone edit for me to fix a navmesh problem
