State of Decay 2 modding

I know that State of Decay has been out for a minute or two and was curious as to why there has no been lewd mods for it?  Dont know the technicalities of modding per se but wondered if it ended up in the "too hard to do" block.  I know enough to realize that modders need a "base model" of some sort to work with when dealing with actors within a game and I have seen and used various clothing mods that already exist for the game but dont know if a base model even exists for the models.  Clothing is basically a retexturing of already used assests usually so what I am saying is I dont know if the clothing assests somehow cannot be "stripped" off (i.e. layers on a base model).  Hope that makes sense, lol, so was just asking out of basic curiousity.
