Reinstalled game issues with neck seams and gaps when using Body change

I reinstalled my game, reinstalled all my mods and now I suddenly have neck gaps and lesser neck seams when using the Body Change mod.

When I change my characters back to "original" in Body Change, they suddenly get blue faces as if I hadnt installed a texture which I dont understand at all.

I have tried using Sevenbase body, UNPB and UNP bodyslide and I get the same issue with them all, I have XPMS skeleton installed.

The weird thing is, when I install sevebase body (TBBP) and the skin texture they work fine, I then copy them over to their respective Body Change subfolders and switch to that custom set in the game and the gap suddenly shows up, almost as if it didnt read from the folders correctly.

 

 

Any suggestions ?
