Fox Island 1.3 Beta

Fox Island is a new land mod for Fallout 4, it's my first attempt to make a new world for Fallout 4. Expect the completed alpha version soon. I also managed to learn how to create LOD "level of detail" for Fallout 4, which is really cool. Stay tuned for more cool videos. Watch the video to find out the location, it's near Kingsport lighthouse there you will see a new teleportation portal.
